Product Details

Melmerby Red Ochre is stained with rusty red iron. It is a mid range red ochre with a leaning towards a warm brown.

Suitable in all mediums and like most natural ochres is opaque and lightfast.

In the painted hand painted swatch card it is first in the top row.

Each vial contains approximately 10g of refined pigment and measures 22 x 75mm. The vials also make a fine gift or souvenir for anybody that is an artist.
